This is completely confidential, & so that we can sensitively meet your needs.

Please bring a bottle of water, make sure that you haven't eaten at least an hour or 2 before class.


A high impact sports bra is recommended for people with breasts as there are moments of higher impact cardio work, otherwise please wear trainers & clothes that you can easily move in, such as active/sportswear etc.  The class is a welcoming & inclusive space. All genders & fitness abilities  welcome. 

Once you have tried a class we recommend booking a block in advance, as spaces are limited and are likely to book up. And you will really see the results/benefit over time.

However drop-ins are also welcome.

Stacey is an advanced trainer with a strong  commitment to bringing a fun & holistic approach to  helping others to succeed on their fitness journey.  She is a strong believer that staying fit should be a joy.

She holds advanced personal training qualifications, including Level 3 PT, GP referral, advanced stretching, outdoor &  group fitness, exercise to music, so you are in good hands. 

All fitness levels are welcome, & her friendly Monday night fitness session dovetails perfectly with your yoga practise, and other offerings at the studio as part of a holistic programme. 


Stacey has founded 2 fitness businesses, London Jungle Runners, and NatureFit. Over the past 8 years her classes have been featured in Balance Magazine; & she taught outdoor silent disco  at a wide range of events & groups across the wellness landscape. This brand new, indoor class is a powerful combination of  some of the most effective and powerful parts of her classes. 


All fitness levels are  welcome in her friendly, fun class, which will be sensitively tailored to everyone's needs. Stacey also offers in person & online personal & small group training.
