Our personal training programs are carefully designed & tailored to meet your specific goals, ensuring that you receive the support and guidance you need throughout your fitness journey.

With our flexible options, you can choose from single sessions to comprehensive ongoing programs, all available through various mediums including at the humble hub studio,  in person at home, online, in nature, at the gym or a blended combination of these. We understand that each person's fitness journey is unique, which is why a dedicated trainer provides highly individualised attention and support to help you achieve optimal results. We also have a great new class launching in St Leonards on Sea soon (June 3rd)

Our expertise extends beyond traditional personal training alone.  Our highly experienced trainer Stacey holds specialisms in outdoor training, exercise referral, advanced stretching & exercise to music. Our robust yet sensitive approach ensures that your fitness journey is not only effective, but sensitively delivered.

In addition to our personal training services, we also cater to private groups, team wellness initiatives & wellness events.

Stacey has collaborated with a wide range of events & offerings from across the fitness & wellness landscape. Including Wild & Well, Larmer Tree, Flovibes, Love Trails, Humble Hub, various Women's groups, park run warm-ups, Facebook, Air BnB, Tileyard Health &  more. So you are in good hands. 

Her silent disco fitness business gained international recognition, being featured on two TV stations, in Balance magazine; & a wide range of other publications, blogs & platforms. She holds advanced specialisms in outdoor training and GP exercise referral, as well as personal training, group fitness and exercise to music.
